Business Support Specialist I

The Support Specialist performs the administrative tasks necessary to support Sales, Operations and Corporate functions under the direct supervision of the Business Support Services Manager.

Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Answer and route general line and sales phone calls to the appropriate contacts throughout the Division.

  • Review, code and process misc. invoices in COR360 for the Division, work with Operations and Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing.

  • Enter and maintain training records for each district within the Division.

  • Responsible for monthly reconciliation, documentation and submission of the Division Working Fund report.

  • Maintain and order office supplies as needed.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the use of one or all MS Windows based systems including MS Excel, Word, Access, etc.

  • Experience with coding and processing invoices. COR360 experience preferred.

  • Strong data entry, EDI scanning, filing, and organizing experience.

  • Experience with answering and routing multi-line incoming calls. Psigen system knowledge a plus!

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
